At The Policy Shop we realize that making a claim can be very stressful. That’s why our dedicated claims handling service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Alternatively, if you need to alter your policy in any way, or if you have a query regarding your insurance you can contact our customer services team on 02476 508090. They’re open from 9.00am until 8.00pm from Monday to Friday, and 9.00am to 5.00pm on Saturdays.
