We will send out your handy card, with all important claims line phone numbers on and when you need to renew or get an additional policy from us, simply call us on 0844 249 5941.

The Privilege Card can be used on an unlimited number of premiums, for an unlimited amount of time, providing that the card holder has any continuously running policy with us, with no gaps of more than 30 days.

Terms and Conditions

  1. The card holder must have a live policy running to be eligible for any further discounted premiums or mid-term adjustment fees
  2. Premiums eligible for discount must be received directly through The Policy Shop website, or directly through the call centre. The Policy subject to discount must then be purchased via the call centre
  3. The discount is not eligible for policies bought online
  4. The Privilege card cannot be used against the cost of add-on products
  5. The Privilege card cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer
  6. The Privilege card can only be used to purchase policies in the card holder’s name

Definition of Terms

Add-on products
Additional products that are bought in conjunction with an insurance policy, i.e. breakdown cover, legal assistance and excess protection policies.

Insurance premium / premium
The total charge from the insurer or underwriting company. This does not include any broker charges or add-on products.

Mid-term adjustment charge
An administration fee charged by the Policy Shop, for adjusting a policy mid term.
